• Experienced in the complete systems development lifecycle from inception, design, construction & testing through to final delivery & support;
• Strong affinity with business needs, processes and goals;
• Excellent management and team leadership skills;
• First rate communication and negotiation skills, able to convey difficult technical issues to all levels of business;
• Comfortable with pressure and changing business requirements;
• Professional, dedicated and highly-motivated;
• Very adaptable - able to acquire and use new skills rapidly and effectively;
• Internationally experience with high level business contacts throughout Europe & Australia.
• Fluent in English & Dutch.

Technical Skills

• Expert in modern enterprise architectures (10+ years object-oriented analysis & design);
• Hands-on development background including 8+ years Java and 5+ years JEE;
